Priti is a strong champion for local businesses, meeting them regularly and campaigning for lower taxes and less red tape. Over 80% of local jobs are based in small and medium sized enterprises and throughout her time as Witham’s MP she has supported local businesses to grow, invest in new jobs and export more goods.

Essex is the county of entrepreneurs and across the Witham constituency, there are a number of fantastic and innovative businesses supporting jobs and growth. From the small shops in local communities to larger manufacturers, Priti welcomes the contribution they make to both the local and national economy, and will continue to support them.
